Calling into Zoom on an ordinary phone

At present, we’re having our services online on Zoom. Here’s how you can join in using an ordinary telephone – either a landline or a mobile phone.

Please be aware that there is a cost attached as follows:

• landline – £0.07 per minute
• mobile – £0.10 per minute

Here’s how to do this for the Sunday Service:

• From your mobile or landline, call: 0203 901 7895.
• When it asks, put in this meeting code: 856 2147 7302
• When it asks for ‘participant ID’, you don’t need to put in a number – just press the ‘#’ key. This should connect you to the meeting.

The person running the meeting will get a message that the call is in the waiting room, and will admit you to the service, where you’ll be able to hear what’s happening!

During the service, the person running the meeting might need to ‘mute’ everyone so that the speaker can be clearly here. When you’re muted, you can’t be heard when you speak. You can unmute yourself by pressing *6 on your phone, and if you want to mute yourself again, just press *6 again.
