Our next service will be at 11am on Sunday 5th July, led by Kainara Motta, on ‘Yoga and Moderation’. We’re in the Large Spiritual Commons Room at Northumbria University for worshipping in person only, we’ll be back online next week. Kainara says:
“You are warmly invited to join me on Sunday, 4th July, for a guided meditation exploring the yogic principle of Brahmacharya—the practice of moderation and the wise use of our energy as per the 8 limbs of yoga. Together, we will journey through calming visualisation and the repetition of affirmations, creating space to cultivate inner balance, restore energetic equilibrium, and deepen our connection to ourselves. Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, this session offers an opportunity to pause, recharge, and experience the harmony that arises when mind, body, and spirit are brought into balance. I look forward to sharing this peaceful and uplifting practice with you.”
