Toy Service Collection 2025
Each year we have our annual Toy Service, where we collect toys for children in need in Newcastle, often giving them to the LIDL Toy Appeal. You can find out more about the history of the Toy Service here: Newcastle Unitarians Toy Service. And here are our toys from 2025:

This year, people were so generous that I couldn’t fit all the toys into the collection box at LIDL, so I called Pathways4All, who are a charity supporting disabled children and their families in the North East. They were very happy to receive some extra toys ahead of their Christmas celebration this week, so I travelled to the Tim Lamb Centre in Rising Sun Park in North Tyneside to drop them off. They were kind enough to give me a tour around the centre, and here’s some photos!

Many thanks to all who donated toys! It’s much appreciated – here’s Pathways4All’s Facebook post about it: Thanks to Newcastle Unitarians
