The Unitarian Executive Committee Elections 2025
Those of us who are members of our congregations and fellowships will have received our ballot papers, envelopes and booklets for the Unitarian Executive Committee Elections for 2025. The Executive Committee is the governing body for UK Unitarianism as set out in its constitution:
“The overall national body, the General Assembly, is governed by an Executive Committee elected by the members of the Movement, who are the Trustees of the national movement (and its assets). They provide leadership for the organisation; officially, they “determine the overall direction and development of the GA in line with the recommendation and policies adopted at the Annual Meetings”.
You can find out more about it here: The Executive Committee.
If you’re curious about membership or our spiritual fellowship, there’s more information here: What it means to be a member.

On a personal note, I was very happy to see such a good choice of candidates, and a wide range of experience, enthusiasm, and perspectives. It’s a positive sign for the health of our movement for the future!
If you’ve got a ballot paper, remember to return it by this Friday – 28th March 2025. Don’t delay!
