Kainara says: \n“Our first session in 2026 will focus on self-compassion. You are invited to pause in the rush of the beginning of the year and join us in this safe\, supportive space to reflect\, breathe\, and reconnect with yourself just as you are. This practice is not about fixing or changing anything\, but about meeting our present experience with kindness\, curiosity\, and care. Grounded in the understanding that life is impermanent and ever-changing\, we will explore how compassion can support us through both ease and difficulty during this year. Through a calm and contemplative hour\, you are invited to offer yourself the same kindness you would offer a close friend. Amaradaya comments that this will be: “a discussion on a Buddhist sutta called the ‘Karaniya Metta Sutta’.
